PICK-UPS 

  • Customers can choose to have their order available for pick-up at our Montreal Espresso Bar. This service is free on all orders.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 ET on weekdays will be available to pick up at the Espresso Bar on the same day from 4:30 PM to 6 PM.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be available to pick up at the Espresso Bar on Monday (except holidays) from 4:30 PM to 6 PM.

Delivery options and prices for CANADA:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 CAD
  • $10 CAD flat rate for orders under $100 CAD

Delivery options and prices for USA:

  • Free Shipping on orders over $100 USD
  • $10 USD flat rate for orders under $100 USD

Delivery options and prices for INTERNATIONAL:

  • $20 CAD flat rate for on all international orders

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 📦:


All items sold by Le Club come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that the product you purchased is not what you expected or wanted, you have 30 days to return it.

Below are the return and exchange policies for Online Purchase & In Store Purchases

Online Purchase Return Policy (3 steps)

Step 1: Submit your return inquiry using our Return Portal at: https://leclubcc.returnscenter.com

Step 2: Send us the item or items you would like to return via those two options:

Option A: Send back the unwanted items with your name, your email and a clear identification of your return number (once you submitted your return inquiry). You can get a prepaid shipping label for a flat rate of $10.00 CAD that will be deducted from your refund or use the shipping carrier of your choice and send the item to: Le Club, 1340 St-Joseph Est, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2J 3P8.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns, any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance. 

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not labeled correctly.

Option B: With a copy of your return number (once you submitted your return inquiry), come in person at the cafe (3801 St-Denis, Montreal) to drop the returned items.


Step 3: We will inspect the product. If it is in its original condition then a refund will be issued within 2 business days. Please note the baristas do not inspect the returned products. Therefore there cannot be immediate refund at the Espresso Bar.


The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all the tags. We will not accept any returns if the apparel was used for any other reasons than fitting purposes. Bib shorts and tights must be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons. 

 

In-Store Purchase Return Policy  (1 Step)

You can return and get a refund directly at Le Club if you have purchased your item at our physical location. All you need to have is the original receipt.

The products must be returned with all the tags. We will not accept any returns if the apparel was used for any other reasons than fitting purposes. Bib shorts and tights must be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product bought online, we ask you to return your original item and purchase your desired item from our store. Please refer to our return policy above for the applicable returns procedure for your item.

In-store purchases can be exchanged at the Espresso Bar


REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed online and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.



LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALES ITEMS & LAST CHANCE ITEMS (if applicable)

Good news! All items on sale can be returned or exchanged even if they are listed as “Last Chance”. 

 

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
