***Canada-Post strike Dec 9th update: Order fulfillment and shipping will see longer delays due to UPS being overloaded. Le Club will use UPS for all domestic orders until Canada Post resumes its operations.

- $12.99 CAD flat rate for orders under $200 CAD

- Free Shipping on orders over $150 USD
- $10 USD flat rate for orders under $150 USD

We accept to ship orders that use a third party forwarding service under certain conditions :
1- We are not responsible for the order once it is delivered to the provided address of the forwarding service. Once delivered to the forwarding service, any loss or damage to the order will not be our responsibility.
2- No returns or refunds will be accepted for these order.

***Please note that the customer is responsible for all relevant import costs such as duties and brokerage fees. Orders to the European Union are subject to 20% VAT plus customs fees.
- Customers can choose to have their order available for pick-up at our Le Club Boutique. This service is free on all orders.
- Orders placed before 12:00 ET on weekdays will be available to pick up at the Le Club Boutique on the same day from 4:30 PM to 6 PM.
- Orders placed on weekends will be available to pick up at the Le Club Boutique from Tuesday (except holidays).
All items sold by Le Club come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you decide that the product you purchased is not what you expected or wanted, you have 30 days to return it. Below are the return and exchange policies for Online Purchase & In Store Purchases.
Online Orders
Canadian returns procedure :
Submit your return inquiry using our Return Portal
You will receive instruction based on your preferred method of returning the order.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns, any charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase a shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not labeled correctly.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product. If it is in its original condition then a refund will be issued within 2 business days.
**Important** The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all the tags. We will not accept any returns if the apparel was used for any other reasons than fitting purposes. Bib shorts and tights must be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons.
United States and International returns procedure :

In-Store Orders
You can return and get a refund directly at Le Club Boutique if you have purchased your item at our physical location. All you need to have is the original receipt.
The products must be returned with all the tags. We will not accept any returns if the apparel was used for any other reasons than fitting purposes. Bib shorts and tights must be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product bought online, we ask you to return your original item and purchase your desired item from our store. Please refer to our return policy above for the applicable returns procedure for your item.
In-store and online purchases çan be exchanged at the Le Club Boutique.
REFUND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed online and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that All items on sale can't be returned. This is applicable to Last chance, Clearance and Black Friday.
We accept returns if the order was placed with our bundle discount or using a discount code.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
