This Rwandese coffee bean is the first product in our line up that is offered in two different roast profiles for varied extractions; a darker roast for espresso and a lighter roast for filter coffee.
The Laurier Ouest, with its darker roast, offers a nice juicy and fruity espresso that keeps some notes of chocolate. In the cup, you will taste a nice little touch of acidity with a nice, balanced finish.
We named the Laurier Ouest in honor of the famous Montreal Avenue boasting local shops, restaurants and cycling paths. Splitted in two part, East and West, by the Saint-Laurent Boulevard its name comes from the seventh Prime Minister of Canada Sir Wilfrid-Laurier.
