RETURN PORTAL

We offer a 30-day return window for all online and in-store purchases shipped within Canada. Items must be in unused and resalable condition, with original tags and packaging. Below are the return and exchange policies for Online Purchase & In Store Purchases.

Non returnable items :

  • Items on sale over 25% or marked as Final Sale
  • Nutrition
  • Water bottles

Online Orders

Canadian returns procedure :

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method if they are returned before 14 days of the fulfillment date. After this, only a store credit will be emitted to the customer's account on LeClub.cc.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns, any charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not labeled correctly.

**Important** The products must be returned in the original undamaged packaging with all the tags. We will not accept any returns if the apparel was used for any other reasons than fitting purposes. Bib shorts and tights must be tried-on over underwear for hygienic reasons. 

United States and International returns procedure :

At this time, all US and International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-Store Orders

You can return and get a refund directly at Le Club Boutique if you have purchased your item at our physical location. All you need to have is the original receipt.

Returns will be refunded to the original payment method if they are returned before 14 days of the fulfillment date. After this, only a store credit will be emitted to the customer's email on record.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product bought online, we ask you to return your original item and purchase your desired item from our store. Please refer to our return policy above for the applicable returns procedure for your item.

In-store and online purchases çan be exchanged at the Le Club Boutique.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed online and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
