Ridgewood - 1kg Coffee Bag

We named this delicious coffee Ridgewood to honor the famous Montreal “S” shaped hill that we all challenge ourselves to climb during our morning rides at Le Club. This coffee offers bright floral notes, ripe stone fruit, and a gentle cocoa finish that lingers across the palate. We recommend it as an espresso, though it also shines in filter coffee and other brewing methods.

This coffee is directly traded and produced by Elvin Carrillo, a third-generation coffee farmer and proud father of four in Selguapa, Comayagua. Since starting his one-hectare farm in 2016, Elvin has balanced working on other farms with nurturing his own trees, ensuring that each harvest supports his family and community. Your choice to enjoy this coffee helps families like his and brings a little piece of Honduras to your cup.
